The adoption of the Asset Optimization (AO) framework has not institutionalized much needed changes in their processes and systems, but also, more importantly, brought a change in the thought process. This AO initiative has provided a standardized way to follow for measurement of their own performance, enabling us to establish global standards, uild an international presence with world class processes and systems, be globally competitive, while being ethical and having high integrity.
Along with the AO framework, an AO assessment scorecard was also designed and deployed to evaluate the maturity of adoption of the AO framework and acts as a lead indicator of business performance.
